Evonik Coating Additives introduced TEGO^® Wet 270 eCO and TEGO Foamex 812 eCO, its first mass-balanced additives for coatings and inks. These products provide the same high-performance wetting and defoaming properties while significantly reducing their carbon footprint through ISCC-certified bio-attributed raw materials.

TEGO Wet 270 eCO contains over 40% bio carbon and enhances substrate wetting in waterborne, solventborne, and radiation-curing coatings. TEGO Foamex 812 eCO, with over 60% bio carbon, is a universal defoamer effective in both clear and pigmented formulations. Both products comply with eco-label standards and food contact regulations.
