DKSH Earns Global ISO Certifications for Supply Chain Sustainability and Safety
DKSH announced it has received ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications for environmental and occupational health and safety management across more than 20 distribution centers in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam. The certifications, awarded after a multi-site audit, recognize the company’s adherence to international standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). DKSH stated it plans to extend the certifications to additional key markets.
ISO 14001 certification reflects DKSH’s environmental initiatives, including energy-saving measures such as LED lighting and projects focused on eco-friendly and reusable packaging. The company also optimizes transportation routes to reduce CO2 emissions.
ISO 45001 certification acknowledges DKSH’s occupational health and safety programs, which include regular risk assessments, incident reporting, and emergency response planning. The company provides ongoing safety training for employees and partners to ensure workplace safety.
“These certifications underscore our commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, business partners, and stakeholders,” said Roszy James, director of group supply chain management, sustainability, and compliance at DKSH. “We continue striving for continuous improvement in our environmental practices while making our value chains more sustainable.”
