Lonza Introduces New Preservative

Lonza is introducing a new addition to the Proxel^® range of preservatives into the North American market at Booth #1055. This new in-can preservative is designed to address the increasing global market demand for methylisothiazolinone-(MIT)-free biocide formulations.

Proxel Spektra™ preservative is a dual-active, broad-spectrum preservative that offers effective preservation of industrial products against spoilage caused by bacteria, yeast and mold. This formulation benefits from the use of two complementary active ingredients, providing enhanced antimicrobial efficacy and long-term protection. The introduction of Proxel Spektra preservative to the Proxel range further expands Lonza’s MIT-free offering, providing more solutions to customers seeking MIT-free preservation.
