R.E Carroll Inc. Acquires Specialty Chemicals Distributor

TRENTON, NJ - RE Carroll Inc., Ewing, NJ, announced the acquisition of specialty chemicals distributor JH Calo Co., Westbury, NY. The acquisition became effective August 17, 2015. JH Calo will operate as a division of RE Carroll Inc.

R.E Carroll Inc. distributes raw materials and petroleum products used in the adhesives and sealants, coatings, plastics, and rubber industries from the company’s six warehouse facilities strategically located in Chicago; Dallas; Dalton GA; Ewing NJ; Fullerton CA; and Kent OH.

J.H Calo Co. serves the coatings, fragrance and personal care industries.
