Advanced Polymer, Inc.:  APFS-70S and APFS-71S are designed to improve wetting and leveling characteristics of paints, inks, coatings and polishes at very low loading levels. Providing greater surface tension reduction than can be achieved with either hydrocarbon- or silicone-based surfactants, they are especially effective on difficult-to-wet substrates. Based on short chain fluoropolymer technology, they are considered to be non-PFOA contributing.
