CINCINNATI - The Pilot Chemical Co. has announced list and off-list price increases and additional TVAs, effective July 1, 2009, or as contracts allow, on a number of products. Aristonate® sulfonates will increase by 2.0 – 4.0 c/lb. Aristonic® acids will increase by 3.0 – 4.0 c/lb. Calamide® alkanolamides will increase by 1.0 – 1.5 c/lb. CalBlend® performance blends will increase by 1.0 – 2.0 c/lb. Calfoam® alcohol and alcohol ether sulfates will increase by 3.0 – 10.0 c/lb. Calimulse® emulsion aids will increase by 2.0 – 11.0 c/lb., and some have additional TVA’s of 1.0 – 5.0 c/lb. Calsoft® flaked sulfonates will increase by 12.0 – 15.0 c/lb. and have additional TVA’s of 5.0 – 8.0 c/lb. Calsoft® sulfonates and sulfonic acids will increase by 2.5 – 14.0 c/lb., and some have additional TVA’s of 1.5 – 5.0 c/lb. Calsuds® detergent concentrates will increase by 2.0 – 3.0 c/lb. Pilot Chemical’s specialty products will increase by 3.0 – 11.0 c/lb., and some have additional TVA’s of 5.0 c/lb.
